Trying to Recoup Your Adsense Account

September 23rd, 2007 Posted in Uncategorized

logo_main.gifPublishers get banned from the Adsense program on a daily basis. It shouldn’t come as a suprise to anyone that 99% of these publishers did something stupid. To add a bit of salt to their injuries, some decide to once again sign up for the Adsense program. This is pure stupidity.

What Getting Banned Means

Getting banned from Adsense means permanent removal from the program. By permanent, I mean forever. Not a day, a week, or a year. Some publishers have a very difficult time understanding this.

Why You Shouldn’t Re-Join The Bandwagon

The ladies and gentleman working at Google aren’t stupid. They WILL find out if you re-joined the program after being booted. It might take a few days, or maybe even a week, but once they find out, it will sting.  What does that mean for you? Well, that $1,000 you earned with your new account is gone.

If You Fall Within That 1% of Publishers

There is no question that some publishers are dropped on a false premise. If you were banned and know for a FACT that you didn’t do anything wrong, work with Google to try to salvage your account. Provide them with any information (ie. analytics) you have that clears your name from any wrongdoing.
