The program offers a nice amount of flexibility, allowing you to choose what basis you want to pay on (CPM or CPC). Some other benefits include specific advanced targeting and ad statistics. Is It Worth It?

Right now it is somewhat difficult to pinpoint whether Facebook’s ad program is a smart investment. Given Facebook’s targetting capabilities and large user base, I’m inclined to say that it is a wise investment. We will have to wait and see before we can draw any solid conclusions. For those planning to give Facebook Ads a shot, be sure that your target market falls within the younger demographic (the majority of facebook users). If you don’t, you will be dissapointed with the results.
